Payment

We securely accept Visa and Mastercard credit, debit and prepaid cards. Our credit card processor fully implemented PSD2 and complies with the European Union financial regulations.
We also accept domestic payments to our bank account in Singapore in local currency.
PayPal is not accepted because it is not friendly to free software at all (details here).

Shipping

Shipping to Singapore costs 19.9 USD*, and the usual shipping time is 10-30 days.

We are using multiple carriers and services to deliver more reliable shipping. The carrier and service used depends on the actual status of the international routes and local delivery services. We have insurance on all shipments.

We ship from the European Union. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities in Singapore.
